Your mission

Your will be part of the Career and Evolution Department to follow and help our consultants to manage their evolution inside the Positive Thinking Company Ecosystem. The Career & Evolution team has two main missions:


▪ Following and managing the evolution of 400+ consultants;
▪ Creating and animating communities of co-workers inside the group (more than 20 existing communities, both technical/functional and about common passions).


You’ll join a team of dedicated and positive people and will contribute actively to the animation of consultants’ career and evolution, while working closely with the business & recruitment teams. As Evolution and Career Officer, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

▪ Ensuring the integration & onboarding of consultants;
▪ Organizing the follow-up of consultants and build a relation of trust with them;
▪ Implementing our evolution system;
▪ Identifying the priority of follow-up;
▪ Setting with our consultants their objectives in a short- and long-term vision and a plan of actions to achieve their goals;
▪ Coaching the consultants through their careers in the company;
▪ Participating in the annual reviews ;

Your profile

We’re looking for someone eager to take on a new challenge. With a human-centric approach, you wish to contribute to the growth of the company. Here is in details what we’re looking for:

▪ Your are a Positive person, ready to support our employees in their development, their questioning and their desire to collaborate;
▪ You are fluent in French and in English, Dutch is a real asset;
▪ You have a first confirmed experience in Human Resources or a similar position;
▪ You are motivated, responsive, organized and have strong interpersonal skills;
▪ Your self-discipline, your sense of initiatives and creativity will be your key assets to succeed;
▪ You acquired masters’ degree from a recognized Business School or faculty; you have strong interests in HR and/or in IT & engineering;
▪ A good knowledge of the Office Suite is necessary ;
