Ansarada is an Australian-based leading provider of virtual data rooms designed exclusively for Mergers and Acquisitions. M&A is a complex process, so our challenge is to provide a powerful but simple interface to make the lives of people involved in the business more manageable. 2021 marks our fifth year partnering with Ansarada.
When you first walk into Ansarada’s B.O.T office in Vietnam, you will immediately feel you’ve entered a special place. Cultures and architectural styles are perfectly fused, highlighted by bamboo floors, brick exposed walls, design furniture, and a one-off ping pong table. A striking marble bar and open pantry make everyone feel welcome and serve as a focal point for exchanges and entertainment.
The office is wide, the people are friendly, and Ansaradans feel at home. We enjoy lunch and sometimes even dinner together in the well-appointed and stocked pantry. There is a great atmosphere of camaraderie and friendship, we like to organize quarterly tech meetups, clubs, and even very high stake ping pong tournaments.

As a Recruitment Officer of Positive Thinking Company APAC, Khoa made it to become Recruitment Lead and brought a lot of technical talent to join the company. He loves giving advice to his candidates, mentoring, and coaching his team members. After working hours, you can find Khoa at the football field. If not, he’s at home taking care of his pets since Khoa is a pet-lover.
Max graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2015 with a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management. With over six years of solid experience in both in-house and agency environments, he is your trusted partner in providing lasting solutions to your talent needs in the Vietnam market. Outside of work, Max spends most of his time with family, travels around the world, and makes new friends.
