Who are you?
As Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer you will assist in building and operating the azure infrastructure for our clients. You will analyse and implement operational issues, architectural improvements and the impact of new feature requests on the existing cloud infrastructure.
What skills do you need?
- Powershell (or other scripting language) knowledge
- Hands on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or ARM Template)
- Knowledge of Nginx
- Knowledge of IIS
- Experience with CI/CD tooling
- DevOps and Security mindset
- Hands on experience with operating Kubernetes on Azure
- Proven experience with managing and monitoring an Azure cloud environment
- Hands on experience with Linux and Windows OS Environments
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to analyse new feature requests and architectural changes.
- Good understanding of Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, …
- 2nd line technical support to our clients.
- Ability to professionally communicate with our clients.
It is also a plus if you have:
- AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification or AZ-304 Microsoft Azure Architect Certification
- .NET (Core) experience for better understanding the needs of the development team
What will you do?
- Building, managing and improving the Azure environment using Terraform.
- Operating Kubernetes on Azure (application releases, AKS upgrades)
- Second line technical support for our clients (including extended work hours)
