Business Manager (W/M)

Your mission

As a Business Manager, you will get diverse sales responsibilities in a tech consulting environment. You would become an intrapreneur! Your goal is to create and develop your activity, grow your portfolio of customers and team of consultants.

If you want to evolve in a technical, innovative and collaborative environment, here are your future missions:

Business development:

• Research, prospection of new customers, definition of their needs;
• Development of existing customers, up-selling, cross-selling;
• Participation in the negociation, or renegociation of customers’ contracts;

Recruitment:

• Recruitment of consultants according to Positive Thinking Company’s scope and strategy, in collaboration with the HR team;

Management:

• Management of your P&L and optimization of margins;
• Follow-up and management of your team of consultants, in collaboration with the HR team.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone eager to take on a new challenge. With a sales & hunter mindset, and an appetite for management, you wish to bring your personal touch to the team ! Here is in details what we’re looking for:

• You are motivated, responsive, goals oriented, and have strong interpersonal skills;
• Your self-discipline, your proactivity, your sense of initiatives and creativity will be your key assets to succeed;
• A Master’s degree from a recognized Business School or University;
• A first confirmed experience on a sales or management position;
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch/German, and in English;
• You have a strong interest in technology, IT and/or engineering.
