What does our community look like in real life?
Who could explain it better than our own members?
“For 4 years, I’ve been working for PTC now. I gained a lot of experience working as Project Manager in the banking industry doing international rollout projects. Markets from all over the world have been involved. I enjoyed working for the customer and getting to know the classic project approach. In addition, I got my certification as Scrum Master and do internal Scrum training courses to prepare my colleagues for the agile work environment.” – Frederike, Berlin
“As a business analyst at PTC, I have not only gained exciting project experience but also had plenty of opportunities to develop my own concepts and make them come true: I am responsible for the whole requirements engineering process of my project at a huge enterprise; I have created the guideline for business specifications and published it on our website; I have developed a coaching program for our area and have been applying it to new colleagues… Our community has just the right culture to encourage new ideas and promote knowledge sharing. It is fantastic to be able to gather so many cool people who share the same interests!” – Zhaoxi, Freiburg
