This position is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
MARKETING & BRANDING (70%)
- Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote CBTW’s service lines in APAC that align with business goals and clear ROI objectives.
- Identify and define with the relevant stakeholders new market opportunities, target customers, positioning strategies, and messaging to effectively communicate CBTW’s services and value propositions.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in marketing, technology, and outsourcing services.
- Campaign Management & Lead Generation
- Create and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, content marketing, SEO, marketing automation, etc.
- Develop an impactful marketing content strategy and diverse marketing collaterals (case studies, insight blogs, white papers, one-pagers, videos, etc.)
- Oversee all external events including owned events (webinars, tech talks, seminars, hackathons, etc.) and sponsored/partnered events (exhibitions, conferences, summits, seminars, etc.).
- Continuously assess the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and business results.
- Collaborate with the APAC Sales team to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies to achieve business goals
- Coordinate with strategic partners to expand reach and presence and plan joint marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the Group Marketing Team to ensure consistent alignment on the global marketing strategy and brand positioning.
- Branding Management
- Build and enhance CBTW’s brand awareness across key markets
- Manage CBTW’s brand identity across all marketing and communications channels and materials, both online and offline, internally and externally
COMMUNICATIONS & CSR (30%)
- Oversee internal comms, external comms, and CSR across APAC countries including Vietnam (mainly), India, Philippines, and Singapore.
- Company-wide publications/announcements:
- Oversee all English communications including newsletters, company announcements, CEO messages, speeches, etc.
- Company-wide events/activities:
- Oversee all internal events including town halls, all-hands meetings, company trips, year-end parties, and occasional events such as Women’s Day, Children’s Day, Mid-Autumn, Halloween, Christmas, etc.
- Other ad-hoc events/activities.
- Social media management:
- Manage social media channels of CBTW APAC and other assigned service lines.
- PR:
- Plan and implement project-based PR.
- Develop and review press releases, PR articles, executive interviews, etc.
- CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility):
- Build and lead CSR activities of APAC in alignment with the CSR direction of the Group.
- Employer branding, Employee engagement, & Recruitment:
- Consult the People & Culture team on communications, branding and design on employer awards, employee award programs, corporate templates, well-being programs, job boards, recruitment, etc.
OTHERS
- Team management: Lead and manage the Marketing & Communications team (Marketing, Comms, Designers, Video Editor), providing strategic direction, guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project implementation.
- Budget management: Propose and control the budget of all Marketing and Communications activities.
- Other responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- >10 years of working experience in Marketing and Communications.
- A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar management role, preferably in the software or IT outsourcing industry.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
- Proven experience in developing and managing marketing budgets to support business objectives.
- Experience in multi-channel marketing management, including building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools, as well as marketing automation.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, SEA, SMA, social media, email marketing, etc.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and adapt strategies in a dynamic and competitive market landscape.
- Strong experience in setting, forecasting and tracking budget expenditures, and making data-driven decisions to optimize spending.
- Ability to effectively allocate resources across various marketing channels and initiatives while maximizing ROI.
- Demonstrated ability to establish key performance metrics and drive measurable results to deliver positive ROI on marketing investments.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies to achieve ROI targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills to lead and inspire a team of marketing and communications professionals.
- Strong (multi) project management and governance skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey marketing and communications strategies, goals, and results to stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing and communications efforts with overall business objectives.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing and communications initiatives
