Internship: Positive Sourcer

YOUR ADDED-VALUE

As a Sourcer, your main mission will be to work closely with the HR and business teams to find the future talents and experts of Positive Thinking Company! Fully responsible for the sourcing process, you will intervene on the following missions:

• Management of the sourcing process (analyse of client’s needs, sourcing strategy, screening of the selected talents, populating of our internal database);
• Candidates screening by phone in French/Dutch and English;
• Presentation of the shortlisted candidates to Recruiters and selection of the best talents;
• Animation of your candidates’ network.

We’re looking for someone eager to take on a new challenge. With a human-centric approach, you wish to contribute to the growth of the company. Here is in details what we’re looking for:

• Motivated, responsive, goals oriented, and have strong interpersonal skills;
• Your self-discipline, your proactivity, your sense of initiatives and creativity will be your key assets to succeed;
• You are studying Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Labour Sciences, Office Management or any related field;
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch and have a good level in English;
• You are looking for a student job (of minimum 2 days/week) or for an internship (of minimum 3 months);
• You have a strong interest in technology & IT.
