An Associate Implementation Consultant is responsible for a customer’s successful transition to JobAdder. They play a critical role in ensuring that clients have a successful onboarding experience and adopt JobAdder quickly. The primary goal of an Implementation Consultant is to ensure that a customer’s JobAdder account is configured in a way that meets their business needs and provides them with value. They are also responsible for ensuring the customer’s wider team feel comfortable using JobAdder in their day-to-day. This involves building relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and managing their Implementation Project to completion. Implementation Consultants also work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Experience and Customer Success to contribute to a seamless customer journey.
