Learning & Development Intern – Ho Chi Minh City

As an L&D Intern, you will be a key member of the L&D Team and have a hands-on role in organizing various training activities and supporting our employees through learning and development opportunities, helping to cultivate a learning culture in the company.

You will report directly to the Learning & Development Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

YOU WILL BE TRAINED TO DO:

1. Company Learning and Development (L&D) Programs

• Assist the Senior L&D Specialist in organizing training programs and courses
• Prepare the Learning Plans and conduct Knowledge Tests for newcomers to ensure that 100% of newcomers or freelancers/partners are trained or have read the defined documents
• Assist newcomers and follow up on learning plans in the first 2 months
• Send end-of-course surveys and the final course results to share with trainers and trainees
• Assist Senior L&D Specialist to conduct training evaluation, data analysis, and training reports
• Maintain and provide records of all learning-related activities on demand
• Other relevant tasks are assigned from time to time

2. Certification Plan

• Maintain an up-to-date certification list and share it with relative parties, and prepare on-demand reports
• Prepare the Training Bond Agreement and ensure it is signed by the employees accordingly
• Perform administrative support for reimbursements

3. Training Events: 

• Assist the Senior L&D Specialist in organizing the L&D team’s events.

4. Training Reports: be in charge of or assist in preparing various types of reports

• Weekly Training Reports 
• Monthly Training Reports
• On-demand Reports

5. ISO 27001 Alignment: 

• Participate in ISMS implementation
• Perform monthly and quarterly permission and asset availability reviews
• Organize ISMS Awareness Training Programs

6. Continuous improvement:

• Assist in L&D Projects to continuously improve the training services
• Obtain and convey feedback while contributing ideas to improve the current processes and policies

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Fresh graduated or 4th-year students majoring in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or related majors.
• Must commit to a minimum of a 6-month full-time Internship.
• You have good English speaking and writing skills.
• You love working with people and enjoy teamwork.
• You are good with office applications (MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• You are a fast learner and capable of completing assigned tasks independently.
• You are organized, self-motivated, confident, hardworking, careful, and responsible.
• Awareness of ISO:27001 standard and understanding of CBTW APAC ISMS through internal/ external training courses (awareness training & refresh training).
